Azek Mailbox Post Kit Assembly Instructions

1. Pre-Assembly: You will complete most assembly before placing the post sleeve over your previously installed foundation post.
2. Crossarms: Attach long crossarm to front and short crossarm to back with PVC glue and 3” screws (supplied).
3. Support Brace: Attach curved support brace to the front with PVC glue and 3” screws.
4. Mounting Plate: Attach the mailbox mounting plate with PVC glue and 3” screws.
5. Post Base: If purchased, slide the post base onto the bottom of the post sleeve.
6. Assembly: Slide the assembly over your previously installed foundation post.
7. Caulk: Apply caulk around the top of the post base.
8. Post Cap: Glue the post cap down with PVC glue.
